Some days there is nothing to say. You go quiet. Meditation is about stilling the chaos and tuning in. This is what sustains you, sustains me, and reminds us of exactly what is. We notice, then, those opportunities we’ve not noted before. We notice what we’re doing right, wrong, well, poorly. We stop struggling and follow the stream of life. It is where I am right now.
